Dear guests,

We would like to inform you about a temporary change regarding parking at Hotel Heluan.

🅿️ Due to technical reasons, our private hotel parking is currently unavailable.

If you have already received a written parking confirmation, your reservation remains valid and you don’t need to take any further action. You will receive detailed instructions the day before your arrival.

🚗 How to park during your stay

Hotel Heluan is located directly in the pedestrian spa zone with restricted access, behind security bollards, opposite the Castle Colonnade and just a few steps from the Mill and Market Colonnades.
For this reason, it is not possible to park directly at the hotel.

Arriving by car – important notice

If you need to drive up to the hotel to unload your luggage, you may encounter a security bollard blocking the road.
In that case, please call +420 724 223 083 and let us know where you are arriving from (e.g. Divadelní náměstí or Zámecký vrch). We will lower the bollard for you remotely.

⚠️ Attention: After the bollard is lowered, only one vehicle may pass through. If two cars attempt to drive through at once, their vehicles could be damaged. Thank you for your caution and understanding.

🅿️ Recommended parking – Libušina Parking House

For safe and convenient parking, we recommend the Libušina Parking House.
In front of the building, you will find the Imperial Funicular, which will take you back to the spa centre within a few minutes – just a short walk from our hotel.
